Delivery Time +
Packages typically arrive within 6–14 business days as they travel from the EU to the US before final delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact customer service.
Shipping Method & Tracking +
PureRawz ships via Priority International Mail. All orders include a tracking number which can be checked on USPS.com. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. No shipments occur on USPS holidays.
Order Confirmation +
An order confirmation email is sent automatically. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact support.
Undeliverable Packages +
If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted and invoiced for reshipping. Refunds and cancellations are not available for undeliverable shipments. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Fees & Signature Requirement +
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders over $150 may require a signature. You may waive signature at checkout, but you accept liability for loss or theft.
Import & Logistics +
Orders are shipped in bulk from the EU to the US to reduce import issues. Once in the US, packages are transferred to USPS for final delivery.
What countries do you ship to? +
We ship to most countries worldwide. Availability may depend on local import regulations.
How do I change my delivery address? +
Email support@purerawz.online immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update your address.
How can I track my order? +
You will receive a tracking number via email. You can track it on USPS.com.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cryptocurrency. International payments are accepted via crypto only.
Why do you ask for my phone number? +
Your phone number is used only for delivery updates and order-related communication if needed.
Is it safe to use my credit card? +
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure checkout systems.
When will my credit card be charged? +
Your payment is charged immediately when the order is placed.
What is your returns policy? +
All sales are final due to the nature of research products. Returns and refunds are not accepted once shipped.
Do you offer bulk discounts? +
